The new Indicators / Actuators from the FLEX INDICATOR line feature a compact and resistant design, with a modular assembly that simplifies the installation process, requiring only a few screws. They offer the ability to completely adjust the switching point of the internal sensors in the valve monitors, and can be installed on shafts of different sizes.
• Ideal solution for local and remote valve position feedback;
• Modular assembly with just three screws;
• No need for mounting brackets for different axle heights;
• Detection angle range from 30° to 120° with 2.5° adjustment step;
• Operates with NO or NC actuators that rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
Open/closed signaling in yellow and black allows the local indicator to be viewed from any angle, at great distances.
The new Indicators / Actuators from the FLEX INDICATOR line have a compact and robust design, with modular assembly using few screws. They allow full adjustment of the switching point of the internal sensors in the valve monitors and can be installed on shafts up to 39.5×40 mm.
For larger axles, a special support supplied separately must be used.
Maximum Height and Diameter
Assembly is modular and made easier by containing just three screws. The shaft adapter slides inside the driver cup according to the shaft size, thus allowing the drivers to be used in any rotary actuator with a 30x80mm hole.

The Flex Indicator is installed directly on the pneumatic actuator shaft and has two metallic or magnetic targets on its base.
The open or closed indicator rotates along with the shaft according to the movement of the actuator.
The targets have the role of activating compatible valve monitors (Series M31 and M32), which in turn remotely and locally indicate the opening and closing position of the valve.
